1. How do I sign up for the contest?
This contest runs through the NTRA E-Club system. In order to play, you must establish a NTRA E-Club ID and password. This is completely free. If you do not already have a NTRA E-Club ID and password, you can register for one by clicking the "Register Now" link below the login boxes on the lefthand side of the page.

If you already have a NTRA E-Club ID and password, all you need to do is login with that ID and password in the login boxes provided on the lefthand side of the page.

2. I forgot my NTRA E-Club ID and password-how can I get them?
There is a tool provided on the lefthand side of the page, labeled "I forgot my username/password". Simply enter your e-mails address, and your NTRA E-Club ID and password will be e-mailed to that address. Use that information to login to the contest using the login boxes.

3. When I try to register, the system tells me that the e-mail address I provided is already in use. What does this mean?
This means that you or somebody else already signed up for a NTRA E-Club account using this e-mail address. The system only allows one account per e-mail address. Use the "I forgot my username/password" tool to have that E-Club ID and password information e-mailed to you.

4. After I login to the contest with my NTRA E-Club ID and password, I can't stay logged-in; the system keeps booting me out. What is the problem?
Your web browser must have cookies enabled to play this contest.

5. I'm still having trouble. Can someone help me?
If you cannot find a solution to your problem, please send an e-mail to support@ntraproductions.com . We ask that you explain your problem in detail and let us know the brand and model of computer you own, your operating system (e.g., Windows 98, 2000 or XP) as well as your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape X.X). Your question will be addressed as quickly as possible by a customer service representative.

6. I have not received a "forgot my password" email.
An increasing number of e-mail clients are using spam blockers that can affect delivery and display of some e-mail messages.
