NTRA Moment of the Year Contest
Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary. One entry per person and only one entry per valid e-mail address. You must be an NTRA E-Club member to enter. To enter, login using your E-Club member ID and password, or become an E-Club member by completing and submitting the registration form found at www.ntra.com. There is no charge associated with E-Club membership. You may then enter your vote for NTRA Moment of the Year anytime between December 4, 2008 and January 12, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Invalid e-mail addresses and entries submitted by one individual from multiple email addresses will not qualify for drawing. Incomplete entries are not eligible. Contest ends January 12, 2009, 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries become the property of the NTRA.
2. Contestants have a chance to vote for the NTRA Moment of the Year by logging on to www.ntra.com between 12/4/08-01/12/09. Contestants can view the 12 NTRA Moments and vote for their favorite one. The NTRA Moment with the most votes as of 01/12/09 at 11:59 p.m. ET will be deemed the NTRA Moment of the Year and one winner will be determined in a random drawing of all contestants who voted for that Moment to be selected the NTRA Moment of the Year. One random drawing will be conducted by the NTRA whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by mail and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and release liability which must be signed and received by the NTRA within 14 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. If any prize notification letter or any prize is undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to availability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable. NTRA and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of a prize. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

4. Contestants must be U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. This contest is sponsored by the NTRA, 2525 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington, KY 40504. NTRA Employees and their immediate families, and the NTRA's respective affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers or retailers, advertising and production agencies, and the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
5. NTRA and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due entries, or internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind which may limit a person's ability to enter the contest. NTRA and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the contest. NTRA reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising of the contest on the internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion. NTRA reserves the right to disqualify any contestant found to be disrupting the operation of the contest or Web site.
