Strengths: Fresh and developing filly raced only 7 times total as a 2 and 3-year-old. Has been able to travel with success, including a determined win over a deep and tiring Oaklawn track.
Weaknesses: No glaring holes in her ever-consistent game. Vast majority of her races have been against smallish fields. Speed-figure proponents won't be dazzled by her numbers, but you can't argue with the results.
In The Genes: Daughter of 1998 Breeders' Cup Classic winner Awesome Again, who many think beat the best field ever assembled at Churchill Downs. Awesome Again also is the sire of such top distaffers as Dubai Escapade and Round Pond. Dam, Irish Cherry, was a multiple stakes winner in Canada.
Status: She was sold to Shadwell for $4.5 million at the 2007 Keeneland November sale carrying her first foal, an A.P. Indy. She gave birth to a filly, born Feb. 9, and will be bred back to Invasor.
