 Silks and Media:

Earned a spot in the Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf via a Breeders' Cup Challenge victory in the Yellow Ribbon Stakes at Oak Tree at Santa Anita on Saturday, September 27, 2008.

Strengths: Possesses an explosive one or two-furlong move that can be called upon at any point in the race and her tactical speed puts her in with a winning chance nearly every time. Extremely consistent, she is particularly stronger on firm turf courses. For 2008 Breeders’ Cup purposes, no doubt Santa Anita has been her favorite grass course. She’s held in the highest class regard, dancing all the big dances in her division over past few years.

Weaknesses: Might be a smidge better going shorter distances from 1-1/16 to 1-1/8 miles, and can be susceptible to turf courses that come up heavy. Wait a While can sometimes wait on challengers once she makes the lead and rarely extends her leading margin in the final stages.
