Strengths: Strong US debut at Keeneland only enhanced by since moving into the Todd Pletcher program. Solid Group 1 and 2 performer in France and took on some of that country's top older males in the biggest events, such as Librettist and Aussie Rules.
Weaknesses: Has yet to win in four tries in Grade 1 or Group 1 company. Has had some trouble getting away from the gate with the pack.
In The Genes: Daughter of 1990 Breeders' Cup Mile winner Royal Academy, who produced 2001 Mile champion Val Royal. Dam, Wakigoer, was a winner in France and America, and she also has produced French Group 3 winner Acago.
Bet You Didn't Know: Upset fans may want to know that Quiet Royal's dam is half-sister to Dare and Go, who thwarted Cigar's 16-race win streak by upsetting the legend at Del Mar.
