Silks and Media:

Strengths: Strong middle-distance pedigree and flashed brilliance when stretching out to two turns at Del Mar. Trainer Bob Baffert appears to have the utmost confidence in the colt.

Weaknesses: Must show he can settle or overcome adversity in a big field. Rank and hard to handle after being bumped in the Norfolk, and has some temperament issues at Del Mar this summer.

In The Genes: Breeders' Cup champions on top and bottom of his pedigree. He's by Cherokee Run, winner of the 1994 Sprint at Churchill. Dam, LaCucina, is a daughter of 1986 Mile champion Last Tycoon.
