Silks and Media:

Strengths: Son of 2000 Breeders’ Cup Mile winner War Chant has the pedigree and connections (Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott) to be a world-class grass horse. Has shown the ability to ship all over the country and perform at a high level.

Weaknesses: Tendency to flatten out late in his turf efforts, failing to finish the deal once in position. Appears much stronger on a firmer-type turf course and loses some of his edge with a course that has “give” in it.
