Earned a spot in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies via a Breeders' Cup Challenge victory in the Darley Alcibiades Stakes at Keeneland on Friday, October 3, 2008.
Strengths: By opening her career in a series of two-turn routes, she gained a strong foundation and answered many of the questions that are posed to juvenile runners. Has finished each of her starts with interest and appears to be getting better with each task. She’s versatile enough to win at multiple locales and over both turf and Polytrack.
Weaknesses: Fast early pace and lack of distance ability and experience from her rivals set the table perfectly for her Alcibiades success. Has to prove she can make her own winning trip, pace-wise, given her debut loss came behind a slow pace and exposed a potential weakness. She has yet to tackle her division’s best distance runners, though she soundly defeated sprint star Mani Bhavan around two turns at Keeneland.
