Silks

Strengths: Clearly able to out-run the Gilded Time sprinter’s pedigree on the dam side of his bloodlines, he’s scored multiple wins around two turns to open his career. Versatile runner has won on dirt and all-weather surfaces and shown the ability to travel with success. Overcame trouble to win his debut at Monmouth, showing determination beyond his experience.

Weaknesses: Obviously lightly raced, but has received much education in those two starts. He has to prove he can handle the best runners from the major New York, California and international circuits. Doesn’t break the fastest and could be susceptible to being hung wide on the turns. He tried to get out a bit in the Kentucky Cup Juvenile coming out of the final turn.
