Silks

Strengths: Well-bred filly by El Prado out of Educated Risk, she proved more brilliant than might be expected by winning her debut at a dash distance at Saratoga. Answered any 2-turn questions with a solid close to be fourth in her stakes debut at 1-1/16 miles despite yielding turf. Reportedly she has been training extremely well since arriving in California for the Breeders’ Cup.

Weaknesses: Lightly raced filly has only competed on the NYRA circuit and has yet to challenge top national and international foes. Must prove she can carry top weights and negotiate a firmer turf course.
