Silks

Strengths: Strong-closing turfer relishes a two-turn route and proved her class despite maiden status when second in a fast running of the Miss Grillo. Showed she could travel when placing in Delaware Stakes, which also showed a versatile dimension because the race was washed off the main track and run on a wet-fast dirt track.

Weaknesses: Deep-closing style can produce tough traffic issues and she’s already been victimized by that in her young career. Fast-paced debut saw her drop 12 lengths back, and she appears strongest when able to close with a much more reasonable early pace, which might not be available at the highest levels.
