Strengths: Tough competitor has shown she’ll mix it up in a tough duel, rare for a juvenile. She has shown a decided improvement as the distances have elongated in her career. Filly owns a pedigree to be a force on multiple surfaces and distances.

Weaknesses: Regional performer has yet to prove she can beat top-class domestic and international competition. Grinder does not display a brilliant turn of foot, which often can lead to wide trips. Has raced exclusively on Polytrack heading into her Breeders’ Cup engagement.
