Strengths: Despite a thin resume in terms of elite-class races, he’s held extremely strong company over the years, facing the likes of Street Boss, Stevie Wonderboy Declan’s Moon and Awesome Gem. He is capable of producing his run in 1-turn sprints and 2-turn mile events. Five-year-old appears to be rounding back into the form that saw him start his career so promisingly before being sent to the sidelines.
Weaknesses: One Union has a tendency to flatten out late and not seal the deal in the stretch, putting himself in a winning position, but falling short. When on the lead, he can wait for other horses. He has never raced outside his home confines, so it’s uncertain how he’ll handle national and international competition.
