Strengths: Proven stayer won the classic St. Leger at 1-3/4 miles and appears to be improving with each outing. Impeccable genes by hot young sire Dalakhani, who was winner of the 12-furlong Arc de Triomphe as a 3-year-old, and is taking European bloodstock by storm. Relaxed individual handled a huge St. Leger winner’s circle with consummate professionalism.
Weaknesses: Drifted and wandered mid-track in the St. Leger, looking for the outside fence, and also has drifted in several of his other starts. Tends to find trouble and might not be the most athletic type who can get in and out of holes. But once he makes the lead and sets his mind and action straight, it is game over.
