Colonial Downs Handicapping Classic - Saturday September 7th 

 

*Day of registration begins at 12 Noon in the first floor Gift Shop

*Contest headquarters is in 4th floor Turf Club Ballroom which opens at 3 PM. Two Sky Suites have been reserved for contestants as well beginning at 3 PM.

*Contest begins at 4 PM. with simulcast races from Belmont Park & Kentucky Downs

*First race at Colonial is at 5 PM.

*21 contest races total

-Races 7 thru 11 at Belmont; Races 6 thru 10 at Kentucky Downs; Races 1 thru 11 at Colonial Downs

*2 mandatory races: Races 4 and 8 at Colonial Downs

Weather Update: Saturday's weather forecast in New Kent is for sunny skies with a temperature of 84 degrees. Most of the hurricane related weather is well east of the track area. New Kent is located halfway between Richmond and Williamsburg.
