Promotion Rules:

This promotion is open to any active paying member of an Equine Association (membership verification required).

Timeframe for contest: September 29 through 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2024.

Contest Criteria to Win:

Complete all fields on entry form – Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Email, Equine Association.

One entry per person. Multiple submissions are not allowed.

Winner will be notified via email and announced on Equine Discounts (@myequinediscounts) Instagram and Facebook pages by October 31.

This promotion will be promoted through Equine Discounts social media and marketing channels on behalf of the contest organizers NTRA Advantage Equine Discounts.

The contest will be run in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations and laws. Additionally, NTRA Advantage will be responsible for managing the website submissions.

Participants must be an active member of an Equine Association to play and receive John Deere Equine Discounts and must live in the continental United States or Canada and must be 18 years or older. Promotion is run by NTRA Advantage and has no connection to John Deere.  Promotion ends 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2024. No Purchase Necessary.

Prize is either a western saddle blanket or english saddle pad. No substitution, trade in, upgrade, or cash value allowed. Delivery within the continental US/Canada is included.

Considerations/Discretion: Except for the prizes referenced herein, no other compensation in any manner will be paid to any Contestant for the submission to NTRA Advantage or NTRA Advantage’s future use of an entry in any manner. By submitting an entry, Contestants hold NTRA Advantage and award sponsors harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of the entry. Contestants waive any right to privacy. Contestants waive any right to inspect or approve uses of the entry. Contestants agree that NTRA Advantage and the awards sponsors shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s) and participation in the Contest. NTRA Advantage reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant from the Contest, in its sole discretion, if the submission fails to meet these official rules. Decisions of NTRA Advantage with respect to the Contest are final. NTRA Advantage reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Contest at any time, which will become effective upon announcement. In such case, NTRA Advantage will provide Contestants that met the entry deadline a participation prize to be determined by NTRA Advantage in its sole discretion.
