Jim Meeks is a businessman from Elko, Nevada, a small town in Northern Nevada. He has been a horseplayer for some 50 years and has won two tournaments; Pick the Ponies and the Horse Players World Series in 2014, also finished 2d in the 2019 NHC. He participates mostly on line and play live money contests at Santa Anita and Del Mar.
