The winner will receive a guaranteed berth (including travel and lodging) to the world’s richest and most prestigious handicapping tournament, the Daily Racing Form/NTRA National Handicapping Championship presented by RTN and Treasure Island Las Vegas, Jan. 28-30, 2016, at Treasure Island.
