The Thoroughbred Owners of California announced it will implement the Mid-Atlantic Uniform Medication Program, effective Jan. 1, 2014. The TOC joined eight other states in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions: Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
