LEXINGTON, Ky. (Wednesday, February 25, 2015) – Horse PAC, the bipartisan political action committee of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), today announced that it has surpassed the $3 million mark in total disbursements to federal political candidates and parties since its inception in 2002.

Horse PAC has supported more than 250 candidates and 75 Leadership PACs and is the horse racing industry’s largest federal PAC. In the 2014 elections, Horse PAC-supported candidates won all 39 of their House contests and three of four Senate races for an impressive 97.6% success rate. The PAC disbursed $452,500 in the last Congress.
