LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 13, 2019) – Little Red Feather, the largest racehorse ownership syndicate based in California, has announced its first ever LRF Partner Handicapping Tour.

All summer long, LRF will host 10 private handicapping contests for partners only on www.horseplayers.com. The winner of each tournament receives entry ($165 or $210 value) into the weekend’s NHC qualifier on www.horseplayers.com where participants can earn NHC Tour points and a chance to win a spot in the 2020 National Horseplayers Championship at Bally’s Events Center in Las Vegas from February 7-9.

The 10 feeder contests are FREE and exclusive to LRF partners. To play and win, you must be a current member of the NHC Tour. To sign up, please click here: https://www.ntra.com/membership/

The LRF Tour Dates are: Thursday June 20; Thursday June 27; Thursday July 4; Thursday July 11; Thursday July 18; Thursday July 25; Thursday August 1; Thursday August 8; Thursday August 15; Thursday August 22.

In addition, the $1,000,000 LRF/NHC bonus is back for a second season. The highest LRF partner on the NHC tour Leaderboard who qualifies for the NHC will subsequently earn a $1,000,000 bonus if he/she goes on to win NHC 2020. Last year Joe Rosen nearly took down the bonus, finishing 56th in 2019 NHC.

Partners will receive invites to the first tournament next week.

“We thank Little Red Feather for its support of the National Horseplayers Championship,” said NTRA Chief Operating Officer, Keith Chamblin. “Research indicates that more than one-third of NHC Tour Members have owned racehorses. This summer long promotion is a natural and a nice added benefit to being a partner in Little Red Feather Racing.”

The 2019 NHC boasted 668 entries, second largest in NHC history, and 522 individual players, including LRF managing partner Gary Fenton and LRF members Rosen, who led the NHC Tour rookie standings last season, and Gregg Pendola.
