The first week of the 2015 NTRA polls mirrored the talk of the racing industry over the weekend when it was revealed that Shared Belief and Dortmund topped their respective polls. In addition to leading the 3-year-old poll, Dortmund also started the year off on the Top Thoroughbred Poll, sitting in the eigth position. Overall, six horses from 2014 return to the Top Thoroughbred poll this year.
