Owner William Helis had three stakes wins in three different states. Rippey won the Carter Handicap at New York’s Aqueduct; Jobstown won the Absecon Handicap at New Jersey’s Atlantic City Race Course and Elpis won the New Castle Handicap at Delaware Park.
