Total handle on the Belmont Stakes was $81,681,147, again second-highest in history at NYRA. Last year when California Chrome was going for the Triple Crown, Belmont saw record all-sources handle of more than $151 million and record on-track handle of more than $19 million on the card and total handle was $90 million, also a record.
