Rosie Napravnik and Calvin Borel have been named Professional Athlete of the Year for Greater New Orleans and Professional Athlete of the Year for Louisiana, respectively, by the Greater New Orleans Sports Selection Committee, sponsored by the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
