Chris Kay, CEO and President of The New York Racing Association, Inc., has been elected to the Board of Directors of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), it was announced following the organization’s third quarter Board meeting held Friday, August 9 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Kay joined NYRA in June of this year.
The NTRA is a broad-based coalition of horse racing interests consisting of leading Thoroughbred racetracks, owners breeders, trainers, horseplayers and affiliated horse racing associations, charged with increasing the popularity of horse racing and improving economic conditions for industry participants.
