American Pharoah, who became the first horse to sweep the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes after a 37-year draught, returned to the races 57 days after capturing the Triple Crown and won the G.I, $1.75 million William Hill Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park by 2 ¼ lengths.
